Our Sauces

* House Sauce: A rich plum tomato sauce
* Pasta with Meatballs or Sausage: With our House Sauce
* Alfredo:  Heavy cream, egg yolk and parmesan cheese
* Bolognese:  Our meat sauce is sautéed beef and vegetables in a tomato sauce
* Marinara:  Peeled Italian tomatoes, onions, olive oil and herbs
* Broccoli (Red or White):  Broccoli sautéed with garlic, olive oil
* Garlic & Oil:  Fresh garlic sauteed in olive oil and parsley (anchovies optional)
* Puttanesca:  Onions, olives, capers a touch of anchovies in a light marinara sauce
 
Filled Pasta:

* Gnocchi:  Served with our House Sauce
* Gnocchi Alla Fair:  Pan seared gnocchi with mozzarella in a marinara sauce
* Tortellini (Meat or Cheese):  Served with your choice of House Sauce or Bolognese
* Ravioli (Spinach or Cheese):  Our home-made ravioli served with your choice of House Sauce or Bolognese
* Ravioli with Shrimp:  Our home-made ravioli topped with petite shrimp in a pink sauce

* Penne Gorgonzola:  Fresh tomatoes, asparagus, arugula sautéed with garlic and olive
oil topped with gorgonzola cheese
* Chicken and Broccoli:  Chicken tenders and broccoli in an alfredo sauce

* Lasagna:  Home-made prepared with beef, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese
in our House Sauce
* Manicotti:  Pasta tubes filled with ricotta and mozzarella topped with tomato sauce
* Stuffed Shells:  Large pasta shells filled with mozzarella and ricotta in a tomato sauce

* Eggplant Parmigiana:  Fried eggplants and baked with mozzarella and topped with
